Mục đích thư I am writing to raise a concern about the recent cancellation of classes at your fitness centre.

Ý 1 I have been a member for over two years and have a premium membership, which includes group classes. I regularly attend the yoga class on Monday evenings and the cycling class on Thursday mornings.

Ý 2 Over the past month, however, five of these sessions have been cancelled, often at very short notice. On one occasion, I arrived at the centre only to find a note on the studio door. As I arrange my work schedule around these classes, this has been extremely frustrating.

Ý 3 I would appreciate it if the centre could inform members by text message whenever a class is cancelled. Furthermore, I believe it would be fair to offer a partial refund for the sessions I have missed, or to extend my membership by one month.
