Mục đích thư I am writing to offer my sincere apologies regarding the van I hired from your Riverside branch last weekend.
Ý 1 According to the agreement, I was supposed to return the vehicle by 6 pm on Sunday. However, a serious accident on the motorway caused a three-hour delay, and by the time I arrived, the office had already closed. I therefore left the keys in the drop box, as instructed on the sign.
Ý 2 I must also admit that the van has a small scratch on the passenger side. This happened while I was parking outside my new flat, where the street is extremely narrow, and I misjudged the distance to a metal post.
Ý 3 I fully accept responsibility for the damage and the late return. I am happy to pay the late fee and cover the cost of the repair, so please send me an invoice.
