Mục đích thư Thanks for your message! You asked about the cooking class I've been doing, so here's the lowdown.
Ý 1 It's a six-week course at a little cookery school near the market. There are only eight students, and each Tuesday evening we cook a three-course meal from a different country. The teacher, Marco, is a former restaurant chef, and he's really easy-going.
Ý 2 I've learnt loads of useful skills. I can finally chop vegetables quickly without cutting my fingers, and I now know how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Marco also showed us how to plan meals on a budget, which has saved me quite a lot of money.
Ý 3 I really think you'd enjoy it. You're always saying you live on takeaways, and this would help you eat more healthily. Besides, it's a fun way to meet people, and you get to eat everything you cook! The next course starts in March, so you should sign up soon.
