Ý 1 You may remember that I worked as a sales assistant in your electronics shop from 2019 to 2021. I was the one who set up the online ordering system during the first lockdown, and I was named employee of the month twice.

Ý 2 I am now applying for the position of assistant store manager at a large department store. The role involves supervising a team of twelve staff, handling customer complaints and managing stock levels.

Ý 3 It would be extremely helpful if you could mention my reliability and my ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during busy holiday periods. Furthermore, any comments on my communication skills would strengthen my application. The employer will contact you by email within the next two weeks.
