Mục đích thư I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a washing machine I recently purchased from your website.
Ý 1 I placed the order on 3 March, and the machine, a Zenith 8 kg front-loader, was delivered five days later. The order number is ZN40217, and I paid £429 by credit card.
Ý 2 Unfortunately, the machine has not worked properly since the day it arrived. The drum stops spinning halfway through every cycle, so my clothes come out soaking wet. In addition, water leaks onto the kitchen floor each time I use it. I have followed the instructions carefully, so I am confident that the fault lies with the machine itself.
Ý 3 I would be grateful if you could arrange for the machine to be collected and replaced with a new one as soon as possible. Alternatively, I would accept a full refund.
