Mở bài In recent years, the effects of climate change have led some people to argue that environmental protection should receive a larger share of public funding than any other service. Although I agree that environmental spending must increase, I disagree that it should take priority over essential services such as healthcare and education.

In addition, measures like carbon taxes can generate revenue rather than consume it. Ví dụ For instance, revenue from such taxes could be reinvested in hospitals or schools, benefiting both the environment and society.

Kết bài In conclusion, while the environment clearly deserves greater investment, I believe that a balanced approach which integrates environmental goals into all areas of public spending is far more effective than placing it above everything else.
