Mở bài Workplace burnout, a state of chronic physical and mental exhaustion, is now reported by employees in almost every industry. The problem stems largely from the way modern work is organised, and solving it requires action from employers as well as individuals.

Thân bài 1 Câu chủ đề One major cause is that the boundary between work and home has largely disappeared. Giải thích Because smartphones and messaging apps keep staff permanently reachable, many people answer emails late at night and never fully switch off. Furthermore, companies trying to cut costs often spread the same workload across fewer staff, so employees face unrealistic deadlines with little control over how they work. Ví dụ For example, nurses and teachers in many countries regularly work unpaid overtime simply to complete their basic duties. In addition, a culture that celebrates long hours can make employees feel guilty for taking breaks or using their full holiday allowance.

Thân bài 2 Câu chủ đề Tackling burnout requires change at an organisational level, rather than simply telling workers to be more resilient. Giải thích Firstly, governments could follow the example of France and Portugal, which have introduced a legal right to disconnect outside working hours, meaning that staff cannot be penalised for ignoring messages in the evening. Secondly, managers should monitor workloads and give employees greater autonomy, since people who can organise their own time tend to feel less stressed. Giải thích Finally, individuals can protect their well-being by setting firm boundaries, such as turning off notifications in the evening, although this works only if their employers respect those limits.

Kết bài In conclusion, burnout is largely a product of constant connectivity and excessive workloads. No single measure is enough on its own, but clearer legal protections, better management and healthier personal habits together offer the most promising way forward.
