How it works

  1. Pick your exam and target

IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL or general English, your target score and how much time you have. Setup takes about two minutes.

  2. Learn a little every day

10–15 minutes of new words and reviews. Lexkite reminds you at the right moment and keeps your streak going.

  3. Practise and track progress

Take mock tests, see your estimated score, and review the mistakes you made in your Mistake log.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lexkite free?

Yes. Flashcards, the word library, games, grammar lessons and practice tests are free with no limit. AI feedback on writing and speaking is free too, with a fair daily limit so it stays available for everyone.

Which exams does Lexkite cover?

IELTS Academic and General Training, TOEIC Listening & Reading and TOEFL iBT, plus a general English path from A2 to C1. You choose your exam and target when you start.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start learning straight away and your progress is saved on your device. Sign in with Google if you want to back up your progress and sync it across devices.

How do the flashcards decide what I review?

Lexkite uses FSRS, a modern spaced-repetition algorithm. Each time you rate a card as Again, Hard, Good or Easy it estimates when you would forget the word and schedules the next review just before that.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Lexkite runs in any modern browser and can be installed on your home screen like an app. Your reviews keep working offline; looking up new words needs an internet connection.

What does the Chrome add-on do?

It lets you look up words on any website with a double-click, translate highlighted sentences and save words with the sentence you found them in, including from YouTube subtitles. Saved words go straight into your flashcards.
